Bright Green Youth
We are right now preparing our participation in Bright Green Youth in Sønderborg, Denmark. BGY has invited over 500 young minds from all over the world to give the Climate Council at COP 15 Summit some visions and good ideas as to face the climate challenges we are facing. The 500 young people will be gathered for four days and will be participating in workshops around innovation, climate, media and visualisation to help them develop and present the best ideas of the crowd.
Bigger Picture will host workshops, give plenary sessions and will be recording everything on one big mural for every day. To help us do that, Thomas Thorhauge will be joining our Bigger Picture-team. It will be great fun!

We have reason to be optimistic about climate change negotiations. However, there is much work yet to be done if we are to meet the December deadline for a global agreement on a climate change strategy. Many obstacles must be overcome before we can hope for an agreement in Copenhagen. The fact that we have yet to find the formula to finance the fight against climate change is one of the important hurdles that must be addressed. Finding a way to bring all 190 nations onboard is an unprecedented challenge but we are seeing positive signs.
